The Catholic Metro Volleyball League consists of 2 GIRLS divisions: 5th/6th grade division and 7th/8th grade division. Each team has a minimum of 9 and maximum of 10 players. All players from the school and parish are invited to play. Teams are evenly balanced by skill level and all players receive playing time based upon league rules. No experience is needed. Matches are played on Saturday mornings and team practices are held once a week.
