St. Catherine of Siena Fall 2022 Soccer Program
The St. Catherine of Siena ("SCS") Soccer Program is run by volunteers of the SCS Athletic Ministry. PLEASE do not register if you are not a SCS Student or SCS Parishioner. If you have any questions, please send a message to Marco Ortego o3consultants@gmail.com
The 3rd through 8th grade SCS soccer teams will participate in the Catholic Metro Soccer League (CMSL). Teams in the CMSL League compete against teams from other parishes and schools, including St. Brigid, Christ the King, Holy Spirit, Immaculate Heart of Mary, Our Lady of the Assumption, St. Jude, and St. Thomas More. CMSL games will be away games as we work on field availability closer to SCS.
The Fall Catholic Metro Sports League (CMSL) season will consist of 7 games beginning the weekend of August 27th and ending the weekend of October 22nd. The U10, U12 and U14 programs will participate in a CMSL tournament the weekend of October 29th. Games will be on either Saturday or Sunday with some weekends, you might have 2 games.
Registration begins June 3rd and ends August 12th for the CMSL League and August 14th for the Pre K, U6 and U8 programs.
Please note: CMSL works in conjunction with the Catholic Metro Volleyball League, so no (5th/6th grade) or (7th/8th grade) girls volleyball games will be scheduled during soccer games.

Registration Cost: $150.00
Uniforms: All 3rd -8th grade players will be required to purchase new uniform kits (includes jersey, shorts and socks) for $30 which will be good for up to 4 seasons.

The Pre-K through 2nd grade SCS soccer program is an intramural program in which teams will play other teams from the SCS league with all games to be played on the SCS fields. All divisions will be divided by grades but will be Co-ed. If we have enough numbers in the divisions for both girls and boys, we will split by gender. Teams will be divided by the SCS committee based on skill level to equalize the teams.

The SCS Pre-K thru 2nd Grade leagues will be organized as follows:

8:30am - 9:30am Practices and Games combined on SCS field
Registration Cost: $115 (includes a Size 3 Soccer ball and t-shirt)
SCS U6/Kindergarten Coed Saturday Program
9:30am - 10:30am Practices and Games combined on SCS field

SCS U7/1st Grade Coed Saturday Program
10:30am - 11:30am Separate practice for one hour during the week
Registration Cost: $125 (includes a jersey, shorts and socks)
SCS U8/2nd Grade Coed Saturday Program
11:30am - 12:30pm Separate practice for one hour during the week
Registration Cost: $125 (includes a jersey, shorts and socks)
Please note the following refund processes for cancellations after registration: For the Pre-K and U6 programs - a $25 refund fee will be charged for cancellations before the registration closing date of 8/14; a $45 refund fee will be charged for cancellations between 8/15 and 8/26; and no refunds will be allowed after 8/26 For the U7 and U8 programs - a $25 refund fee will be charged for cancellations before the registration closing date of 8/14; a $50 refund fee will be charged for cancellations between 8/15 and 8/26; and no refunds will be allowed after 8/26 For the U10, U12, U14 programs - a $30 refund fee will be charged for cancellations before the registration closing date of 8/12; a $60 refund fee will be charged for cancellations between 8/13 and 8/26; and no refunds will be allowed after 8/26 Uniform Refund Policy: You will receive a refund for a purchased uniform if you cancel your child's registration before the registration closing date of 8/12. However, after 8/12 there will be NO refunds for uniforms purchased. We will continue to need Parent-Coach volunteers for following: • U6-U8 SCS League (need 10-15) • U10B and U10G (Parents coach practice and games) • U12B and U12G (Parents coach practice and games)
