Faith and Love Conference

We are excited to welcome Sr. Mary Diana Dreger, O.P., M.D. as our speaker for our Faith and Love Conference this year.  Sr. Mary Diana is a Dominican Sister of St. Cecila (Nashville Dominicans), and is also a licensed physician.  She serves in the infirmary of her community and is also active in the Catholic Medical Association and other scholarly ventures.

 

The topic for Sister's presentation will be, "Emotions: Ever Ancient, Ever New" and will focus on how our emotions, as understood through the lens of Thomistic psychology, impact marriage and family relationships.  The conference is open to those 18 and older, single and married, parents and grandparents.

 

There will be an optional Mass in the Church at 8:30am. Doors to the Parish Hall open at 9:00am, and the conference will begin at 9:30am and end by 12:30pm.  Seating is limited.  Please register soon to ensure a spot to hear this enlightening presentation.
