Teen Ministry

Hello! My name is Lisa Fiamingo, and I am your new Youth Minister. I’m so happy to join the team here at St. Catherine’s.  I’ve already met so many amazing teens and am really looking forward to meeting all of you.

I’m a graduate of the Franciscan University and hold degrees in Theology and Mental Health/Human Services, and I have been working specifically with teens and college students for many years.

St. Catherine’s Teen Ministry is comprised of three programs: Confirmation, RELENTLESS, and Bible Study.  Our Confirmation preparation program is for 9th graders or anyone who has not received the sacrament. Our RELENTLESS program is for teens who have been confirmed, including our current 10th graders who are already prepared and waiting for the confirmation ceremony in November. Our Bible Study is for all high school students.

All of our programs are facilitated by Virtus trained and background checked adults and college students who are committed to sharing the truth, beauty, and goodness of our Catholic faith with our youth. For more information, and to register for our programs, please see the descriptions below.  If you have any questions, or if you’d like to help in any way, please feel free to contact me at lisaf@stcatherinercc.org.

Sincerely in Christ,

Lisa Fiamingo

Our RELENTLESS Program will be changed a bit this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.  We will offer two virtual programs:

  • FAMILIES FORMING DISCIPLES - We will be offering a family ministry in order to give more stability to families during these uncertain times.  Check it out by clicking here.

  • BIBLE STUDY - We will continue to have Bible Study on Monday evenings during the Fall semester at 8:00 PM on Zoom beginning August 12, 2020.  Hope you all can make it! Send your cell and email to Lisa Fiamingo – lisaf@stcatherinercc.org to get in the invite list for Bible Study.

All teens please join your families this semester in the FAMILIES FORMING DISCIPLES Program and join us for BIBLE STUDY!

We miss you all terribly and look forward to Spring semester 2021 where we hope we can resume our RELENTLESS Program!
